Event Support Staff
Support the growth and execution of events on rigitiX by promoting events, sourcing new listings, and assisting on-ground operations. This role is ideal for people deeply plugged into the Nigerian events scene who want flexible, paid gigs and industry exposure.
What You’ll Do
- Promote listed events by reposting flyers, videos, and promotional content across personal social media channels.
- Help source, verify, and onboard new events in your city or area to expand rigitiX’s event listings.
- Provide on-site support at events, including attendee assistance, check-in support, crowd flow, and basic logistics.
- Assist organisers and rigitiX operations staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Submit short post-event reports covering attendance, issues, and general feedback.
- Represent the rigitiX brand professionally on-ground and online.
What You’ll Need
- Strong passion for and understanding of the Nigerian events, music, nightlife, or entertainment scene.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Reliable smartphone and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and event days.
- Must be based in Nigeria.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and operate responsibly on-ground.
