City Lead
Be the face of rigitiX in your city—run on-ground ops at events, coordinate teams, and grow local partnerships and pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate on-site support teams during events in your city.
- Set up, organize, and manage event logistics, including tagging and scanning attendees.
- Source new events and opportunities in your city that align with rigitiX’s platform.
- Serve as the main point of contact between rigitiX and local event organizers.
- Provide post-event reports, including attendance, financials, and ticket sales.
- Ensure smooth communication between on-ground teams and HQ.
- Help maintain and grow rigitiX’s presence and brand in your city.
What You’ll Need
- Strong organizational and leadership skills; team management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle logistics, coordinate multiple tasks, and solve problems on the spot.
- Reliable and proactive—comfortable working independently in your city.
- Event management or on-ground ops experience is a bonus.
- Comfort with reporting and basic data management (attendance, financials, tickets).
- Passion for building communities and creating memorable event experiences.
