Part-time / Contract Your City Operations Events Partnerships

Be the face of rigitiX in your city—run on-ground ops at events, coordinate teams, and grow local partnerships and pipeline.

Lead and coordinate on-site support teams during events in your city.
Set up, organize, and manage event logistics, including tagging and scanning attendees.
Source new events and opportunities in your city that align with rigitiX’s platform.
Serve as the main point of contact between rigitiX and local event organizers.
Provide post-event reports, including attendance, financials, and ticket sales.
Ensure smooth communication between on-ground teams and HQ.
Help maintain and grow rigitiX’s presence and brand in your city.

Strong organizational and leadership skills; team management experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle logistics, coordinate multiple tasks, and solve problems on the spot.
Reliable and proactive—comfortable working independently in your city.
Event management or on-ground ops experience is a bonus.
Comfort with reporting and basic data management (attendance, financials, tickets).
Passion for building communities and creating memorable event experiences.
