City Lead

Part-time / Contract Your City Operations Events Partnerships

Be the face of rigitiX in your city—run on-ground ops at events, coordinate teams, and grow local partnerships and pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate on-site support teams during events in your city.
  • Set up, organize, and manage event logistics, including tagging and scanning attendees.
  • Source new events and opportunities in your city that align with rigitiX’s platform.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between rigitiX and local event organizers.
  • Provide post-event reports, including attendance, financials, and ticket sales.
  • Ensure smooth communication between on-ground teams and HQ.
  • Help maintain and grow rigitiX’s presence and brand in your city.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; team management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle logistics, coordinate multiple tasks, and solve problems on the spot.
  • Reliable and proactive—comfortable working independently in your city.
  • Event management or on-ground ops experience is a bonus.
  • Comfort with reporting and basic data management (attendance, financials, tickets).
  • Passion for building communities and creating memorable event experiences.
